Poetry X is now owned and operated by the new Word Front LLC. Rest assured that we haven't gone corporate, nor have we sold out - the site will only continue to improve and grow, and the management won't be changing.

How does this change Poetry X?
In the short term, it won't. Both Poetry X and Word Front are owned and operated by Jough Dempsey, Poetry X's founder and publisher.

So what does this mean to me?
Joining the Word Front family means tighter integration with upcoming poetry-related Word Front sites and services, allowing our visitors to access their data and have one network-wide unified login across all of our sites.

What is Word Front LLC?
Word Front LLC is a web publishing firm specializing in dynamic, database-driven standards-based design, applications, hosting, and sites with great content. Word Front is a new name and company for the same developers who originally brought you Poetry X.

So why form a new company?
Running one site is no problem as a DBA, but with new web services coming we decided it was time to take care of business.

Poetry X is and remains an independent and unaffiliated with any major organization or corporation poetry resource. Now we're simply owned by a company instead of an individual. However, we are owned by a company which is owned by the same individual who used to own Poetry X as an individual.

We promise that this site will only improve as a result of this change in official ownership.
